MATERIAL DATA SHEETS MSDS SUPPORT AND MATERIAL SOURCING

Woodrow manages our supply chain with your orders in mind. Once we establish a process for a project, our purchasers set standards to ensure that your project will not be held up due to materials. Warehousing and supplier selection and relationships established by Woodrow will ensure your order arrives on time and complete.

STOCKING PROGRAMS

The Woodrow stocking program is a type of inventory management system that involves keeping a specific level of inventory on hand at all times, known as a “stock level,” to meet the anticipated demand for a product. This allows your company to have a consistent supply of products readily available for customers to purchase, without having to wait for products to be manufactured or shipped. The purpose of a stocking program is to minimize stockouts and backorders and to improve the customer service level. With a stocking program, Woodrow will hold a certain amount of inventory at our facility. This can be done with a minimum purchase order quantity and a specific lead time to reorder. The stocking program is often used in conjunction with other inventory management techniques, such as safety stock, forecast, and reorder point.
